Every Nordrime is handcrafted to order. We build in small batches and quality-check each plunge before it leaves the workshop, so allow about six weeks from order to installation. We would rather tell you six weeks and keep it than promise six days and go quiet.
What happens after you order
- Within one working day you receive your build slot by email, with an estimated installation week.
- While it is built we keep you posted. You can message us on WhatsApp at any point for a progress update.
- One week before delivery we call to confirm the date, access, and where the plunge will live.
- On the day our own two-person team delivers, positions the plunge, connects the chiller, fills and balances the water, and walks you through the app before we leave.
Where we deliver
Delivery and installation are included across mainland UK. For the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, message us before ordering and we will quote the extra cost honestly.
What we need from you
- A level surface that can take the filled weight (see the product page for exact figures).
- A standard UK 13 A socket within reach of the chiller, ideally outdoor-rated if the plunge lives outside.
- Access wide enough for the crated unit. If you are not sure, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you.
