Change of mind
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of delivery. Tell us in writing (email or WhatsApp) within that period and we arrange collection of the unused unit. Because each plunge is handcrafted to order, the actual cost of collection is deducted from the refund. There is no restocking fee. Refunds are issued within 14 days of collection, to the original payment method.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
Inspect the unit with our team on delivery. If it is faulty or damaged, collection and a full refund or replacement are on us. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp or email nordrime.com@gmail.com with your order number. A person replies the same working day, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
