Terms of Service and Sale

This website is operated by Daedap ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Eligibility and acceptable use

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site.
• You may not use the site or our products for any unlawful purpose, transmit harmful code, or copy or exploit any part of the site without our written permission.

Products and pricing

The products offered are premium cold plunge / ice bath units and related accessories. Photographs and illustrations are indicative and not contractually binding. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Delivery is free to UK addresses. We may correct errors and refuse or cancel any order (for example, a pricing error, stock issue or suspected fraud), refunding any payment taken.

Orders and payment

You confirm your order at checkout, where you can review and correct it before payment. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers. Where finance (e.g. Klarna) is offered, it is subject to the provider's own terms and eligibility.

Delivery

Delivery is made in accordance with our Shipping Policy (estimated up to 6 weeks from the date of order). Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes once we have received payment in full.

Cancellation, faulty goods and warranty

You have the statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order (see our Returns and Refund Policy). Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if they are not. We do not currently offer an additional commercial warranty beyond these statutory rights; this does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

Liability and disputes

Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, and your statutory rights are not affected. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@nordrime.com. You may also use alternative dispute resolution or bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales.
