This policy explains how Daedap collects and uses your personal data when you use nordrime.com, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Daedap is the data controller and can be contacted at support@nordrime.com.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email, delivery and billing address, phone number and order details.
- Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers to the PCI-DSS standard. We do not store your full card details.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device information, and cookie data when you browse the site.
Why we use your data (lawful bases)
- To process and deliver your order and provide customer service (performance of a contract).
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
- To prevent fraud and improve our store (legitimate interests).
- To send marketing emails, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Hosting and third parties
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which stores your data on secure servers. We also use trusted third parties (payment gateways, shipping and analytics providers) that process your data only as needed to provide their service. Where data is transferred outside the UK, appropriate safeguards are applied.
